Megan Wilson Lowman, Little Rock Attorney
Megan’s passion for criminal defense started in 2013 when she was appointed by then-Governor Mike Beebe to a committee that inspected two county jails in rural Arkansas. As part of her position, she would speak with incarcerated individuals to get a better understanding of the conditions and any potential problems in the jail. That experience ignited her drive to provide aggressive representation to her clients and to ensure her clients’ constitutional rights are protected. Megan believes in keeping her clients fully informed every step of the way. Megan understands the devastating impact a criminal charge can have on a person’s life. She understands that impact doesn’t just extend to her client but also to her client’s family and the community. While she cannot guarantee a specific result, she can guarantee that she will work tirelessly to get her clients the best result possible.
Megan has represented clients accused of crimes ranging from traffic offenses to capital murder. She has tried numerous cases before a jury, many of which were murder cases. She has also written multiple appeals to the Arkansas Supreme Court. Megan has primarily focused on homicide offenses, other violent crimes, gun crimes, drug crimes, and federal crimes.
