Shawna Blair – Director of Communications and Client Engagement

Shawna Blair joined Lassiter & Cassinelli in June 2024, bringing over 20 years of expertise in public relations, strategic messaging, and media management. Throughout her career, Shawna has worked with public officials, business leaders, artists, filmmakers, and legal professionals to create impactful messaging, resulting in widespread media coverage in top outlets like The New York Times, Washington Post, Politico, NPR, and CNN, as well as regional news sources.

Shawna holds a BA in Journalism from the University of Arkansas, with an emphasis on Advertising & Public Relations, and a Master’s in Public Relations and Corporate Communications from Georgetown University. She is also a graduate of Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government Executive Education program, earning a certificate in Leadership. After 16 years in Washington, DC, Shawna returned to her hometown of Little Rock in 2021, where she lives with her dog, George.

Jenny Hoey – Administrative Assistant

Jenny Hoey was born in Bolivia and grew up in Little Rock, AR. She is a graduate of Little Rock Central and a recent Breast Cancer Survivor. She resides in North Little Rock with her family. Outside of work she loves watching movies, cooking and cheering on the Razorbacks.

Tuesday Kaiser is the heart and soul of the Lassiter & Cassinelli firm. She can usually be found around the office rearranging her toys, taking a nap, or trying to get some snuggles. She is a black lab-pit mix, and while not certified as a therapy dog, she is guaranteed to brighten your day! Easily the cutest member of the Firm’s stellar team!
