Michael Kaiser (Partner) joined in 2019, continuing to build and solidify the reputation of L&C as one of the top firms in the state. Jenny grew up in Little Rock and enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and her dog, Reader. A proud mom of four and a stepmom to one, she’s especially proud that her oldest is attending the University of Arkansas. Jenny never misses a chance to cheer on the Hogs. She also loves cooking, watching horror and action movies, and takes great pleasure in attending church with her loved ones. Jenny has eight years of experience in the legal field and joined Lassiter & Cassinelli in 2021.
Tiffany Houston – Legal Assistant
Tiffany spent 13 years in the hospitality industry before beginning a new chapter in the legal field in 2025. She continues to bring her passion for helping people and creating meaningful experiences into her new career. Tiffany enjoys discovering and cooking new recipes, spending cozy evenings at home with her dog, Zeus, and traveling the world with her husband.
Tuesday KAiser
Tuesday Kaiser is the heart and soul of the Lassiter & Cassinelli firm. She can usually be found around the office rearranging her toys, taking a nap, or trying to get some snuggles. She is a black lab-pit mix, and while not certified as a therapy dog, she is guaranteed to brighten your day! Easily the cutest member of the Firm’s stellar team!
